Collective Isolation - Moon 12 to Moon 13 - 2009-06-26 - 11pm EST

[9]Kane Mantyla pioneered the concept of using [10]the isolation pod
as a tool for collective consciousness. [11]Jose Arguelles developed a
13 moon calendar as a tool for reprogramming human (that which has
mind) to harmonize with natural cycles.

In order to escape the chaos of this universe, the tank by itself is
an excellent device. I am personally discovering the most sinister
external device for creating outer chaos to be the Gregorian/Julian
calendar, which is[12] irregular, irrational, and un-natural.

The[13] Dreamspell calendar is a 13-moon calendar, with many overlaps
with many ancient 13-moon calendars - Mayan, Druid, Lakota Indian,
etc.

It contains offers cyclic harmony at many levels of detail:
* daily - each day has the same lunar relationship in every year
* weekly - each week has 7 days to respect the 7 radial plasmas
which pervade our galaxy (target, flow, pacify, establish,
release, purify, discharge)
* monthly - each AND EVERY month has exactly 4 weeks and 28 days -
no exception EVER
* yearly - each year contains exactly 13 moons and 1 day out of time
(July 25-26).

It is the ideal means of external reprogramming. Instead of isolating
yourself from material creation you harmonize with its rhythms.

Thus, we float from the end of 1 moon to the beginning of the next
moon, moon after moon after moon.

The one exception occurs when we reach moon 13. We float from moon 13
directly into the [14]Day out of Time.

In Kane's original formulation of the collective float, there was
inner and outer synchronization. We entered the pod at the same time
and we used the same visualization.

I am more interested in anchoring us only in external time. What we do
in our personal universes during this external anchor is completely up
to us. This sets up some amazing fireworks. Why is this? From the
standpoint of John C. Lilly and [15]Jose Arguelles (inventor/channeler
of the Dreamspell Calendar) we have the following understanding:

- there are no limits in the mind - the imaginal realm is the highest
of the high, infinite Creator of universes upon universe. In fact, we
could name person after person who asserts this: [16]Andreas Buttler,
Mark Twain, etc. That does not mean it is the absolute truth. But it
certainly is a provable working hypothesis!

So what does this mean for us as collective floaters? Well, it turns
the collective isolation from a line segment into a kaleidoscopic
pinwheel... how so? When Gods in Isolation have the same internal
universe and external universe you can put 1 point in the imaginal
realm for their creative activity there. And another 1 point in the
external universe for their activity there. However, when the Gods in
Isolation have no limits in the imaginal realm, the external fix point
of time is still 1 point. But an infinity of creations is occuring
simultaneously in the imaginal realm.

So we maintain a rhythmic connection to this solar system by tracking
our activity to the harmony of 13 moons. And we maintain our right to
"[17]DO WHAT THOU WILT SHALL BE THE WHOLE OF THE LAW" as Gods in
Isolation.

20 Astral Keys to Gates of Universal Consciousness

Carl Gustav Jung (1875–1961) was a Swiss psychiatrist who developed the field of analytical psychology and introduced the concept of archetypes of consciousness being "innate universal psychic dispositions that form the substrate from which the basic themes of human life emerge. Being universal and innate, their influence can be detected in the form of myths, symbols, rituals and instincts of human beings. Archetypes are components of the collective unconscious and serve to organize, direct and inform human thought and behaviour. ...archetypes heavily influence the human life cycle, propelling a neurologically hard-wired sequence which he called the stages of life. What is My Purpose?

White Lunar Wizard Year of Challenge.

Ok, its year 2 of the 13 year wavespell of Red Moon, time of cleansing, out with the old and in with the new. The previous 13 year cycle was Yellow Seed, which saw the 7 years of Prophecy and the establishment of the Dreamspell in the collective consciousness and the Noosphere.

Out with the mundane capitalistic communistic fascistic NWO technocrats.

What will enter during this transition, as we close the cycle and also close the last Baktun 13, the Transformation of Matter?

Well, the challenge of the White Wizard is to Awaken the Dream Body and gain direct access to the akashic records and the Dreamtime Framework 4, which we co-create this world as we know it to be.

Otherwise all this 13 Moon peace calendar stuff is just a grand illusion.
Is that a big enough challenge?

I bet we could find more. All the technology that we’ve created or yet to create pales in comparison to the natural abilities of the human mind/body/spirit.

I’ve known of the power of dream alchemy and magick for some time now, but kept my secrets as not to interfere with others growth. But what I know is only the tip of an iceberg for even me. Imagine if each one of us reflects the same inner knowing and potential? That’s a lot of dream magick waiting to emerge!

Robert Moss has worked with the poet/mystic/magician William Butler Yeats in the dreamtime to learn about sacred space and magick. Also honor those cultures that don’t use time and calendars at all, like the Aborigine.

This is my quest to understand natural time and natural magick.

THE NOTHING / MATRIX HAS YOU

Life is getting tricky again / worse than usual

With no donations, I have to decide whether to
cancel the website, or not be able to eat in a
week's time when my monthly payment is taken
for http://www.worldgathering.net

One reason I feel 'World Gathering' may be worth
pursuing is because two days after launching 'World
Gathering 25/26 August 2007' - on May 1st - the
power of the directed energy attack on me doubled.

This increase in harassment seemed to tell me
that there are things 'they' do not want me to do.
The truth is, though, whenever I do any large
postings on the Internet, the power of the laser,
microwave, pulse, sonic, or whatever it is, increases.

'They' just do not want me to communicate with
many other people.

Why are they worrying?

So far, hardly anyone seems interested in the
World Gathering.

A few weeks ago quite a large number of people
were copying World Gathering posters and banners
onto their websites and blogs. But I didn't really
receive feedback from anyone, saying it’s a great
idea, or promising organisation of a local supporting
event for 25/26 August.

I get a spooky feeling.

I was bankrupted in 2004 by four years of targeting,
24/7, by severe amounts of directed energy (my eyesight
went bad and I could hardly walk on many days). I was
therefore made homeless in 2004 and had my full time
attention on the Internet diverted.

The spooky feeling I get is that the world seems to
have disappeared in the three years I have been pushed
off the Net.

People won't participate.

People won't encourage other people.

People won't give donations.
(In the past three years, I have received three
donations via the Internet ... in that time many
millions of people have benefited from the information
I left on the Net and duplicated at perhaps 200+
other websites.... not a very good 'energy exchange',
is it?)

It feels like 'The Nothing' has rendered people useless.

It looks like people are lost in The Matrix.

I think the massive Chemtrail Spraying has perhaps
made most people even more apathetic than they were
three years ago.

Perhaps that is why the World Gathering 25/26 August
2007 would be important .... to help people waken up
again. And to warn the world about the 'Nothing'
spraying......

As the late Hopi elder Dan Evehema said:

All the legends stated unambiguously that Quetzalcoatl / Kukulkan / Gucumatz / Votan / Izamana had arrived in Central America from somewhere very far away (across the 'Eastern Sea') and that amid great sadness he had eventually sailed off again in the direction whence he had come.

The legends added that he had promised solemnly that HE WOULD RETURN ONE DAY - a clear echo of Viracocha it would be almost perverse to ascribe to coincidence.

Religion and a New Calendar

If we're honest enough to face reality, religious bigotry is a real problem we face today. I think one good way to ease those tensions is with a new calendar combining solar and lunar attributes. If the Abrahamic religions could agree on this calendar that would be 2/3rds of the planets population.

However, lets be real about the problems we face. Has anyone else seen "The Truth About Islam" blog?

Throughout the ages humanity has sought out the prophecies of the spiritually gifted to instil a clear hope and vision into life. During this time many prophecies come to us trying to lead us in many different directions.
Some prophecy points to disaster, hopelessness and the annihilation of mankind. But other prophecies create a vision of joyful transformation through quantum leaps into love and light.
As things stand now, the human race is dreaming a hell.
But as individuals and as a collective humanity it is our potential to dream of paradise and to create the kingdom of heaven on our Mother Earth.
Could it be that the pain in our hearts caused by the hell we have created will spur us on into visions and creations of a world formed in love?
It is my prayer and dream, along with a multitude of others who have taught me to dream the Rainbow dream, that each and every one of you learn to dream both while awake and sleeping, the dream of unity and love through divine transformation.
This prophecy on the following pages is a dream and vision that is a potential reality for mankind. It is not an ultimatum. But it is ours to behold and to create if we only dare to dream it together.

PART ONE ~
The distribution and giving back to humanity of the Twenty Count.
In the Turtle Island lore we say it is the time of finding one’s path with heart.
The time of seeking perfection, growth and development.
Most importantly the time of trust and innocence, when mythologies of the world are revealing secrets.

PART TWO ~
The critical time. The time of the animal. The time of Tuwalananie, the dark force.
The reason for this is that seeds of light have been planted and we are starting to grow and the teachings are starting to come out and all those ones who have taught partial truths, who have taught deliberate lies in history, are going to be threatened by the awakening of the Rainbow people because the Rainbow people exist in every country, in every nation, in every land.
The Dark Forces will be threatened and they will use their power and their power exists in technology. We are going to see new technology appearing which will be a tremendous threat to the survival of humanity.
We must exert our influence by gathering together and sharing our ideas and plans for alternative power and for world peace. If we put a double amount of energy with what we are for, we can change it. We can change it.

PART THREE ~
The time of human to human communication.
The time the human family finally starts to become human.
There will be more information brought out into open format than has ever been seen on this planet.
We will re-establish contact in a very knowledgeable way with our ancestors from the stars.
So mark that down because it will happen. The first contact will be with the Pleiades and will be totally acknowledged and will be known to all the world powers. The second contact will be with Sirius.

PART FOUR ~
When truth seekers begin to open the veil of the crack between the worlds, we will see our memory circles.
Many of the leaders who are trying to keep us locked in the past, will not function today, will fall.
Many teachers and wise people will be seen for who they are and they will be the farmers, the labourers and the gas station attendants because the tagashala will be fully awakened.
People will begin to link up with other people in gathering together circles.
Many of these will be the so-called 'common people' and not the teachers you see up there now.

PART FIVE ~
The various winged serpent wheels will begin to turn, to dance once again and when they do the rainbow lights will be seen in dreams all over the world and these rainbow light dreams will help awaken the rest of humanity.
We will sit in a new circle of law.
All civil and social laws will have to be in conformity with natural laws or the people will not accept them and they will have the enlightenment necessary to reject those laws.
Science will once again become metaphysics. They will discover four laws that will help them jump to universal law and transcend the time-space continuum which is the limitation of the age and once again we will begin to take our power and to work with rules and laws that are cosmic laws.

PART SIX ~
We will once again see the way to continue a new dream.
We will be given the road map back to the stars and we will see the star people come out of the illusion of their two-legged form and into their actual great sleeper-dreamer form.
A powerful time approaches humanity and its really hard for me to talk about it.
I am a great dreamer but I don’t know if I dream that large.
We will see a real shift in planetary consciousness.
Many of the enemies of the humans will begin to drop away.
We will totally gain the light of the great light wheel.
There will be one humanity, one planet composed of all the different ways of dancing in complete harmony in the great gathering together circle.
All the seeds will be planted.
The Earth will have its true reality formed.
It will join the sisterhood of planets, the daughters of Copperwoman and it will create within itself all forms of all things in harmony with the everything.
We will see a whole new way of perfection.
There will be plants on this grandmother earth that will give life and sustenance as never before seen.
Starvation on the earth, all those things will be gone. There will be total balance and harmony.

PART SEVEN ~
The new race of humans will begin to design their new reality of life on this planet as they intended it to be when they first came here from the stars.
We will begin to establish this planet and use the collective consciousness to hold the power of this space in harmony with the Great Circle of Twelve and all the planets. There is a whole lot I don’t even know. There is more that I am not supposed to talk about yet.
The dream will be actualised and this planet will hold its space in the great council of planets and become a part of the universal enlightened sisterhood and brotherhood of humanity and keepers of the light circles. It's happened on many planets and it's expected to happen on a lot of other planets.
There will be a moment when the population will be 'the' Population, and something great will happen.
This planet will have its design of energy movement guided by all of humanity living here.

The Great Spirit will leave its seed and the egg of everything here on this planet and it will create itself 20 times over at the speed of light and this prophecy ends as I have been given it by the Grandmothers that I share with you now.

skipping february 29th

The Dreamspell/Thirteen Moon calendar makes jumps on certain days. One very notable such jump is at the leap day on February 29 every four years (Olympic years such as 2004).

The Traditional Sacred Calendar/Mayan however never makes any jumps and is perfectly regular. It follows the uninterrupted flow of divine creation and assigns a Sacred energy of time to every day. Every day, without exception, has a sign and a number associated with it. The idea that there would be days without an energy in the Sacred Calendar seems very alien to Mayan day-keepers and it is not easy to interpret what this would mean.

What would make February 29, 2004 so different from all other days that it would not have a spiritual energy?

I would like to know one thing: is there any inscription, any archaeological proof showing that the Tomb of Pakal was dedicated in 9.13.0.0.0, 692 AD, as José Argüelles claims? I like confirming things and not blindly believing anything I read, so that's why I'm asking this.

Any help, any clue will be of the greatest importance. Thanks for your time!

Under the old Julian calendar in use in Czarist Russia, on today's date in 1861, the Romantic composer Anton Arensky was born in Novgorod. If you prefer, you can also celebrate Arensky's birthday on July 12 - the same date under the modern Gregorian calendar, but Arensky was such a Romantic, that the Old Style date seems, well, more appropriate somehow

Arensky studied with Nicolai Rimsky Korsakov, and admired the music of Tchaikovsky. Arensky taught at the Moscow Conservatory, and published two books: a "Manual of Harmony" and "A Handbook of Musical Forms." His own students included a number of famous Russian composers, including Scriabin, Rachmananinoff, and Gliere.

Arensky wrote three operas, two symphonies, concertos, chamber works, and suites for two pianos - but it's his Piano Trio in d that gets performed and recorded more often than any of his other works.

A victim of tuberculosis, Arensky spent the last years of his life in a Finnish sanatorium. He died young - just 44 years old -- in 1906.

Thanks for asking about our dream school.

Yes, I've heard and interacted with Emissaries of Divine Light when we had our DEO Spiritual Awarness Expo in 1990 and 1991 at the Mechandise Mart in Denver, Colorado. Back then it was the Uranus and Neptune conjunction.

Our dream school was dreamed into existence by members of Sea Life, a group out of Australia. There is also LD4ALL.

Each approaches the dreaming work in alternative ways. LD4ALL focuses on Lucid dreaming, Sea Life on the Dreamspell, and Earth First Dreaming School along the lines of Robert Moss Conscious Dreaming and Carl Jung's Transpersonal Dream Work. Of course we influence one another and no one dream school corners the market in dream work. We are closely associate with the Internation Association for the Study of Dreams, myself for 3 years.

Here you can read about our dream birth and foundation, and there is a forum to join to create a dream journal with about 70 cool people who are at various levels of spiritual, personal and dream work.

The Crop Circle Makers have left us the first message of the season, and I believe, due to the timing of it, being reported yesterday, April 15th, 2007, Yellow Self-existing Human that perhaps they knew of the energy buildup that was about to burst.

The circle consist (Star of Life, you'll love this) 8 cresent moons in a circle (making a total of 9 if we interpret the circle to be a full moon). 8? 88? 888?

So 8 moons from now, and then the full moon would be (by the Dreamspell Galactic timing) will be overtone moon next Dreamspell year.
Overtone Peacock Moon, November 15-Dec 12. The next full moon around that time would be the evening of November 23rd into the morning of the 24th, 2007.

Dreamspell would be White Overtone Wizard, Kin 174 and Blue Rhythmic Eagle, Kin 175 of the White Lunar Wizard Year.

some reasons behind the change

I am hoping to create this thread to talk about the WHY of changing the calendar, as well as propose further change.

There has been talk on this page as to which calendar is right, or wrong, but that is not what I want to evoke here.

I like the idea of changing the calendar to get us all in touch more with the natural cycles of the planet around us. I personally feel that this kind of change should also apply to daily timekeeping as well. For me, it is much worse that my body cannot match it's sleep/wake cycle with the naturaul rhythms of the sun. As winter rolls in, and I still have to awaken at the same time, and it is dark well after I arrive at work, well... it's pretty rough on my internal clock. Why not restructure the way time is kept throughout the year? Now we have time zones that divide the east/west, why not have zones that divide the north south, so that as the earth wobbles around the sun and the length of days change in each hemisphere we can change with it. This would be hard to enact, but hey, this is where all the creative people are, right!? Lets start a dialogue abous solutions to this. merge those hemispheres and get creative.

And, by the way, what is up with daylight savings time!! Why are we still doing this? Bush just expanded it with the new energy bill last year, so the now-traditional calendar for 2007 will have the dates pushed out in each direction! WHY!!!!!!

So lets hear it! Can time be "fixed" to a more natural sensical way, or should we just kill it!

This is a call for all to come and share in a very special spiritual event - Dwight Loop's "Hunab Ku Trilogy" at Grace Cathedral in San Francisco - see below. Hunab Ku; the Trilogy is a a stunning, deep space, electronic music composition based on ancient Mayan cosmological term for the galactic center of the galaxy. Grace Cathedral will be a perfect setting for the premiere of the entire Hunab Ku Trilogy.

Loop began composing and performing the first of the Hunab Ku trilogy in 1990 in Santa Fe, New Mexico and has performed it throughout the U.S. in various new music festivals and venues.

After reading Jose Arguelles' writings, I realized that what he was describing as being a shift in consciousness coming at the 'end of time' of the Mayan Calendar at 2012, I came upon several realizations. One, was that Arguellas described the Hunab Ku being the galactic radio waves emanating from the galactic center were 'shifting. This concept coincided with a 'feeling' or intuition that we were in the beginning stages of this cosmic energy shift. The Berlin Wall had just come down in the late 80s and there was an incredible surge of 'energy' going on for change. I felt that I needed to express this energetic shift happening in music and thus the Trilogy. This trilogy represents the cosmic vibrations, emitted from the Hunab Ku, which are changing our consciousness and our DNA, preparing for the next phase of our evolution.

The symbol of Hunab Ku is called the Galactic Butterfly. It is said to represent all of the consciousness that has ever existed in this galaxy. This is all of our physical ancestors both human, animal, reptile, fish, shell fish, plants as well as the consciousness which organized all of the raw material from a whirling disk into stars then planets and solar systems. Big Meaning. So big that the original Maya had no symbol for this. In their civilization it was like having no name for God. Just knowing the concept was good enough. CALL FOR ADVETURE

Greetings fellow synchrononauts and PAN agents!

In a meeting of Kin from Alpan (Switzerland) and the Lowlands (Netherlands) in the first week of the Planetary Moon the vision arouse, to call for a major European PAN gathering and Vision Council, as well as some joined activities. Now is the time to release the call.

All European Kin, PAN nodes and Bioregional PAN coordinators/representatives are invited to the European Vision Council to be held at the site of the European Rainbow Gathering in England.
To experience 13:20 communal life and intensify our relations the council is envisioned to happen during the whole last week of the Cosmic Seed Year, Cosmic Dali 22 to Silio 28, followed by the celebrations of the Day out of Time and the solar-galactic New Year.

This Council will be the Bioregional preparation for the PAN World Council happening sometime in the Electric Moon in Brazil (very likely after the Second Planetary Congress of Biospheric Rights). Some of the European PAN coordinators will probably be at the PAN World Council, and therefore it is necessary to come together beforehand and unify our purpose as PAN Europe.

The venue of the Rainbow Gathering seems to be ideal, because it will be far off the 12:60 network in the middle of nature, without electricity and very much down to earth. Sitting in circles around the fire, above us only sky, sharing our visions … this is the way of the tribes of time.
Talking about our Biospheric Rights - there will be enough space for everybody, without any costs for renting a place or for sleeping. Vegetarian food is served on Magic Hat basis (donation), but individual cooking is also possible. Bring your own tent, tipi, yurt, hammock, or make your own shelter on site.

Several Kin are interested to revive the EuroPAN Caravan again. These Kin can meet at the gathering, discuss the relevant issues and get it on the road. More Kin can be activated for this mission during the Rainbow Gathering.

The call for adventure has been sounded:
1. European Vision Council as preparation for the World Council
2. To create for the time of the gathering a wonderful Galactic Maya Camp for 13:20 activation, education, knowledge exchange, meditation, ceremonial magic, etc. and a presentation of the Law of Time as ART.
3. To celebrate the end of the 13 Year Seed Wavespell of the prophecy TELEKTONON on the Day out of Time and the beginning of the next 13 Year cycle – the wavespell of the Moon – on solar-galactic New Year.
4. Revive the EuroPAN Caravan again, that would embark on a Mystery of the Stone Giveaway Tour possibly right after the Rainbow Gathering

Here are some thoughts of Kin 75 on the four groups mentioned in the latest Rinri Newsletter:

The Rainbow is perfect for trying to work through this 4-group schematic put foward by the foundation.

Group 1
We could have a very telepathic pulse sent out to a selected group of world-leaders, or whatever leaders, and observe the results. We could do this towards the end of the gathering so as to have ample time for fun practice and trial and error on what forms the telepulse should take for it to be most fluid and bonding to the sleepy receptors of the "target" hehe. Also after the gathering it will be easier to observe the outcome of the telexperiment as many will be in contact again with the media in one form or other. It can all be taken futher from there and a strategic plan can be constructed by the group at the gathering.

Group 2
The rainbow is probably one of the more glamour-free events/gatherings on this planet today. It being pretty much fully plugged out of the technosphere, at least at the time of it's happening, and not considering the magick hat, which is truly an act of selfless giving, still necessary to the workings of the rainbow, and the buying of food, which too is a good form of community building and planning and also shows how little we truly need. So this provides for a very good environment in which the group can focus on experiencing the pleasure of being free from any glamour bombardment and to put together a progam that can be test-driven in the friendly and easy environment, which is largely comprised of people who are for a sustainbable, glamour-free planet. This evironment will promote egoless decisions and no doubt will provide most of the focus points for the program. Again the time at the rainbow can be used for the group to come together as a HOLON and for strategies, campaigns and events to evolve from there.

Group 3
Well this is a no-problem to get this group up and functioning as the Rainbow, at it's core, is a HEALING CIRCLE. Again the environment of the rainbow will provide many ideas and methods for healing on a planetary scale. This group could utilize the abundance and diversity of knowledge present in this environment by calling workshops for healing and for healers; for sharing knowledge on healing techniques; etc. Of couse there will be plenty of available people to put these healing techniques into practice on. With the highest intention of LOVE, only good comes and healing happens. Differrent meditations can be tried and tested, and again, the group HOLON present can evolve adventures for the year ahead.

Group 4
Yeah, where better a place to gather for rainbow bridging than at a Rainbow. Hi folks,

My new book, 2012: The Return of Quetzalcoatl, is coming out in a few short weeks. It can already be pre-ordered on Amazon, at a reduced price. I hope those of you who want to read it will purchase an early copy. If initial sales of the book are encouraging, the publisher will put resources into its promotion and marketing, which means it will reach a wider audience. My hope is that this book will give people new ways to think about our world situation, on many levels. I write about Burning Man, as well as visits to the Santo Daime religion in the Brazilian Amazon, and the Hopi Indians in Arizona. I also explore the extraordinary crop circles that appear in England each summer.

The book includes a detailed analysis of the ideas of Jose Arguelles, Carl Johan Calleman, and John Major Jenkins. I end up critiquing Arguelles' calendar, while supporting his fundamental concept that we need a new calendar to repair our disfunctional relationship to time. For reasons the book makes clear, I don't think that his calendar is that answer.

Below, I have enclosed the back cover quotes, a press release describing the book’s contents, and then my tour schedule, as it stands. It looks like there will be a party for 2012 in San Francisco on the night of June 7th, and we may organize something in Los Angeles as well, so if you are in either of those places, and would like to attend those events, please email me. The New York publication party will be at Alex Grey's COSM on May 4, in Chelsea, starting at 7 p.m..

I am still looking for more opportunities to read and talk about 2012, so if any of you have suggestions or contacts with possible venues, please let me know. 'New Year': what are we celebrating?

New Year: What are we celebrating?

I would love to wish you all a 'Happy New Year', but it occurs to me to ask the question: what exactly are we all celebrating?

Dec 31st has become one of the world's largest festival days and in many countries- Scotland and Russia- to name two very different ones,
it is the biggest most widely celebrated holiday of the whole year.

Yet what is all this hope and optimism really focused on? The unfortunate truth is that the only actual historical meaning for the date comes
from it being the the first day of the administrative year in the calendar of the Roman Empire.

Christian values were a much later add on and if you think that it represents 'the 2006th birthday of Jesus', then why isn't it celebrated on Dec 25th?

(If you agree with that date, which itself actually seems to come from the festival of rebirth for the pre-Christian Sun King deity- but that's another story!)

Crazy that the Roman Imperial Calendar is now responsible for the biggest festival in Russia which only adopted the calendar less than 100 years ago.

And why did the Romans pick that date? Well, "Not a lot of people know this" but it corresponds to the Helical Opposition of Sirius.

Why pick such an astronomically obscure event? To differentiate the Roman calendar from the earlier Eqyptian one, which used the Helical Rising of Sirius as its start point.

Basically, to be contrary.

So have a nice Imperial Roman Administrative Year and a happy Helical Opposition of Sirius!

As I ponder the flury of 11/11/11, I wonder what the buzz REALLY is about finding "sychronicities" in the time alotted from a Gregorian Calendar?

ie:11/11/11 ...I find even myself doing it, almost 'looking' for it, and of course whatever I "look" for I WILL find. But true Time is not of this inharmonic Gregorian measure. It's too bad computors are based on this measure too.

I feel that the TRUE sychronicities are those that we "feel" in the electro-magnetic frequency of our body in certain instances of space/time moments and the keys and shivers in the bandwidth of our minds. Right away most people will look to the clock when something happens... but really, what is a True synchronization?

True synchronicity is the strumming of your spinal cord that you "feel" in a profound moment noh? It is looking at how the organic world around you is placed at the time of a 'revelation' or 'coincidence' say, yes? Where is the sun, what did you hear the birds sing, did you hear the roar of a Cat or the bark of a Dog, the howling of a coyote or the crooning of an owl.... was the cloud shaped a certain way when you noticed a beautiful connection or said a very powerful word????? This is what should be noticed in True Time.

Earthen synchronicities based on the Moon..organically, not on paper, but as we look up at the stars at night and feel, watch, know the True pulses of our galactic center.... we will behold the most magical sychronicities of all!

In the interest of furthering the creation of a more effective and organized Bay Area PAN Node I would like to encourage all to attend a Crystal Day meeting on Silio Self-Existing 7, White Crystal Wizard (Monday, October 24). Earth Wizards and Kin who are effective group organizers are especially encouraged to attend!! This is a very special day as the Crystal Wizard is the 1st of the 7 Lost Generations, and a portal to their redemption via our actions.
There should be a lot of focussed PAN energy all over Turtle Island on that day.

Last Full Moon there was a bonfire held by some local Kin at Ocean Beach in San Francisco. I think that's a great idea for next week as well, and as far as I know bonfires are permitted between Lincoln and Fulton Streets on the beach.

Anybody who wishes to recommend a location at Ocean Beach or offer alternate locations please call me on 415.552.1951. I'll send out another invitation later this week when there's a solid location.

I think there are lots of great conversations and many smiles to be shared, so come circle up with some earth, air, fire, water, and great people. Bringing some burnable wood and warm clothes is a pretty good idea, thanks!

GENERAL: "The earth will be broken up in many places. The early portion will see a change in the physical aspect of the west coast of America. There will be open waters appearing in the northern portions of Greenland. There will be new lands seen off the Carribbean Sea, and dry land will appear.... South American shall be shaken up from the uppermost portion to the end, and in the Antarctic off Tierra del Fuego, land, and a strait with rushing waters...."

According to Cayce, the shifting of the poles was to occur around the turn of the century, but the natural sequence of events leading up to the shift began with the signs in the South Pacific and the Mediterranean and the appearance of land near Bimini. The West Coast destruction will be early on this time clock of events, as will the inundation of parts of the Carolinas and Georgia.

Why bother?

Our current calendar – also known as the ‘Gregorian’ Calendar- is the
cultural invention of one small part of humanity, has little
relationship to the cycles of nature and is acknowledged, even by its

The 13 Moon Calendar is exactly that. Calendar reform is not new. In
the 1930s a calendar very similar to the 13 Moon Calendar was agreed
upon by the League Of Nations as the proposed new
civil calendar for the world. It replaced the uneven, illogical and

people. It was vetoed by the Vatican on religious grounds and never happened.

The Vatican have now agreed not to veto any further popular calendar

to the confusion, injustice and history of cultural domination that
the Gregorian Calendar represents.

1986 - February
My first face-to-craft meeting with a spacecraft (actually, THREE CRAFT).
----- I had just given my first one-day workshop, at March House, Ogbourne Saint George, near Marlborough, Wiltshire. It had gone well. On the Monday morning we had a group session with local psychic, Isabelle Kingston. This went well too, I was getting encouraging messages and ideas from all manner of people and places. My confidence was good. After Isy's session, I thought on my way back to Somerset I would call in at Warminster, a place well-known for UFO sightings, and check out whether 'ET' and UFOs really exist.
I drove through Warminster, up towards the start of the fenced-off, huge army training area of Salisbury Plain. I sat and just relaxed my mind. After a while I had the impression ET really did exist, so in my mind I said, "Don't bother coming out of your way to appear for me, you probably have far more important things to do". Then I switched on my engine and started driving back west towards Somerset.
After about ten minutes, I noticed a red light over to the north keeping pace with me, it was followed by a second red light, then a third red light. The next thing was they were veering towards me, then they went over my car at about 50 feet. I was excited. I swerved the car onto the grass verge, and got quickly out of the car. Three, disc craft, of approximately 23 feet in diameter were hovering close to me. They were at an elevation angle of approx 45 degrees, and were only about 60 feet away, i.e. they were VERY close! Around the mid section of each craft was a continuous line of windows. I did not see anyone at the windows, but I felt a communication coming from the ship; the communication did not come to my head and mind, but seemed to connect to the middle of my chest. This was undoubtedly a most wonderful experience.
The three craft started to move off, back to the south-east. I quickly got back into my car and accelerated off in the direction they had gone. A minute or two later I had caught up with them; looking up through the windscreen, the 3 craft were moving gently side-to-side as they progressed on their way. The road started going uphill, to the entrance to Longleat House. Looking across and downhill a little, I saw the 3 craft going past the foot of Cley Hill, at this time a little, white light came up behind the group of three, and entered the trailing disc craft.
We parted company as I drove through Warminster. I felt I had to go to where I had been parked in my car half an hour before. True enough. The three disc craft were there; they were 100 yards from where I had been parked when I sent them my telepathic message. They were circling a stand of trees, flying beautiful, slow circles around these tall trees.

1988 - July?
I drew a FIVE-circled, Celtic Cross pattern on paper, then that night it flashed at me!
The next night Mary Freeman saw a large spaceship with beam of light at Avebury. (Reported in detail in the 'Marlborough Times' newspaper, Wiltshire, England).
The next day a glorious FIVE-circled Crop Pattern was found at Silbury Hill.
----- One evening, in the summer of 1988, I drew five circles on a piece of paper, to form a Celtic Cross, this is four in a square diamond shape, with the fifth circle placed at the centre. I pinned it on my wall; looking up, later, the five circles appeared to flash at me, fairly vividly.
The following day I drove to Warminster, to visit the place where I had met with the three disc craft in 1986, I drove past Silbury Hill en route to Warminster, then past Silbury Hill again on the way back. When I got back to Ogbourne Saint George, Heather told me a fantastic, five-circled crop pattern had been reported close to Silbury Hill. I drove towards Silbury for the third time that day, and spotted many cars parked on the A4. I climbed up Silbury Hill and sat on the southern edge with many people. Below was a wonderful glinting and burnished set of five circles, making an impressive Celtic Cross (or 'quincunx').
The following week there was a dramatic report in the Marlborough newspaper. It said that late one evening Mary Freeman was driving out of Avebury after visiting friends, things started to fly off her dashboard, looking up she saw, low in the sky and stationary, a large discoid craft, perhaps 100 feet in length. Coming from the craft, and directed down in the direction of Silbury Hill, was a strong beam of light or energy.

1988
My eye exploded for the third time.
----- This awful eye episode lasted three or four weeks. Hell.

However, I had this insight ..................

Insight into a massive 'Atlantis Ending' trauma - applicable to many people I knew.
----- Living in the flat in the top of March House, Ogbourne St. George, my left eye exploded for the third time. Agony. My whole nervous system throughout my body burned. I stood in the bath to run cold water over my burning ankles and feet. This went on for weeks. It was as if a red-hot poker was in my left eye. One night, while standing in the bath, I started going over in my mind the names of scores of alternative therapists I was acquainted with in the U.K. I think I listed well over 100 people. A realisation, or intuition, came to me that all of these people were traumatised from the catastrophic ending of a civilisation on Earth several thousand years ago. (I had further evidence of this catastrophic trauma within most people, in 1995). I had the realisation this was a deeply buried trauma in many people and was so strong it had a very restricting effect on people's consciousness and on their potential to feel alive.

TOTAL RECALL - 'They stole his mind, now he wants it back again'.
----- Somewhere around this time, I had the film 'Total Recall', starring Arnold Schwarzenegger. In the film there was a colony on Mars. The hero had an implant and an artificial life had been set up for him in order he would forget crucial things he had experienced. But he fights to become conscious; and as an analogy to life on Earth right now where so many people are semi- catatonic, he restores a natural air system to the people on Mars, and people are set free from the dictatorial corporation controlling life on Mars.
On the plastic cover of the Total Recall video were these words: 'They stole his mind, now he wants it back again'. I copied these words off onto a piece of paper and carried them with me for many years. If you read the next several years of my life, you will begin to see why these words are so important.

1989 - November
Back 'down' the Saint Michael Leyline to live near Glastonbury.
----- I found a lovely little cottage, in a winding road called 'Watery Lane', in the locale of Lower Westholme, near Pilton - five miles from Glastonbury Tor. I had some of the loveliest time I had had for a long time cycling and walking these lanes and low hills. It was good to be on my own for awhile.

1990
The Clifton Suspension Bridge incident. The Marconi 'Suicides'.
----- Fortunately the Clifton Suspension Bridge incident, for me, never happened. But it nearly happened, and it did happen for others. For around six or so hours I suddenly had the idea that it would be great if I drove to the Clifton Suspension Bridge, in Bristol, and jumped from the bridge. This would be certain death. However, to go and jump off the bridge was a very powerful idea which had come into my mind. Something was telling me that this wasn't a good thing to do, so I phoned up a couple of friends and asked them what they thought. The same thing happened with both people, first they seemed to tell me it was a bad idea, but then they seemed to go on and finish by saying it was a good idea. My brain, in some way, seemed to be reversing my ability to assess right and wrong. Something else came up that I suddenly had to concentrate on, and this distracted me. But for two or three hours I was very near to driving to Bristol and jumping to my death.
I had an insight or two into this several years later .........

Insight 1) The Marconi 'Suicides'.
----- When my world was falling apart around 1995 and 1996, I had two magazines which helped keep me sane. One was Nexus magazine. And the other was the U.K.'s UFO Magazine. UFO Magazine brought out special issues, covering specific research in detail. One research subject was 'The Marconi Suicides'. This report looked at the apparent suicides, around 1985 to the early 1990s, of approx. 16 scientists and technicians who may all have been connected with the 'Star Wars' project. Many of the deaths were gruesome. One scientist filled his car with cans of petrol and drove full speed into an abandoned cafe, exploding. Another tied long rope around a tree and around his neck, then drove off at full speed. Two scientists or technicians died at the Clifton Suspension Bridge. Two cups were found in one of the men's cars. This was all happening over the time period in which I nearly drove to this bridge, on a very weird impulse. What did I have in common with 'Star Wars' designers? Perhaps we both knew things which the general public is not supposed to know.

Insight 2) The Crop Pattern hoaxing and cover-up
----- Very soon, the 'crop pattern world' was about to be hit. There were suspicious people intermingling with the real crop pattern enthusiasts, and these odd people seemed intent on causing division and argument. Hoaxing of crop patterns was increasing. The key crop pattern researchers were set up in a humiliating situation, with media coverage, which totally soured one person at least, Pat Delgado. Colin Andrews was soon to be visited in the night by a man who seemed to speak with authority, who told Colin that his life would change from that point, and it did. Colin Andrews never made his expected declaration that his research showed the authentic crop patterns were a message from other intelligences who share our universe with us. Colin was also told that other people linked in with the crop pattern phenomenon would be, one by one, 'taken out'. 'Taken out' is what I think was happening to me. I was nearly losing my left eye, nearly lost my life, and very soon I was to lose the friendship of quite a few people who were close to me.
Some of the sabotage of crop patterns and crop pattern enthusiasts was traced back to a fenced-off 'farm', very close to where I was living when I got the mad 'Clifton Suspension Bridge' impulse. In fact I was only about five miles from this 'farm'. What equipment did they have at the farm - did this equipment connect up to the 'Star Wars' satellites? The Star Wars project was completed. There are all manner of satellites (and stealth 'black triangle' craft) up there, in orbit, but we don't know what they are doing or what they are capable of doing.

A lot of dirty tricks were played to try to tarnish a wonderful subject.

1993 - Mid 1993

1993 - Spring
Lived with clairvoyant, Dawn Webb, for three months... Sitting Bull / ETs / Arthurian.
----- This was exciting. Dawn seemed to communicate a lot of interesting information from some other realm. I wrote it all down in a big, blue note book. To begin with the information seemed very genuine. Then I seemed to notice hints that soon I should leave dawn. Indeed, Dawn seemed to be changing character, she seemed to take on the character, in her daily life, of one or two of the characters she was channeling. Dawn told me that she was regularly abused by her father when she was very young, with her mother's knowledge. I think this gave her a split personality. Sometimes she was pretty horrible, and other times nice. [I had never really seen this in a person before. Karen seemed to have a divided mind (her father, ex-merchant navy, was very rough with her as a child), but her mood was generally level; it was just her sudden changes of mind which seemed odd.]
Dawn was channeling all manner of things which felt genuine, seemed to be coming from a good place, and had quite a deep and good effect on me. There was information about an Arthurian connection I had; this seemed remarkable and encouraging. Then there was a lot to do with Sitting Bull, and the mythological native figure, White Buffalo Calf Woman. With WBCW, I felt I could see her form start to twinkle in the room just before Dawn announced she had arrived. (This was the same experience I had with my mother appearing at sessions with Isabelle). This all seemed very meaningful and wonderful, there appeared to be nothing nasty about any of it. And at the time, as we drove around the countryside we were seeing some remarkable things. One thing we were told was 'Many things are not as they seem', and this was being proven true on a few occasions.
[We seemed, however, to get to a point where Dawn seemed to start to be taken over by something which was not so good. Maybe bad forces were trying to come in on similar frequencies and thought patterns that the good forces were using. Like two different people grabbing a loud hailer off each other so they can shout through it.]

1993 - Early May
Dramatic rendezvous with extremely low-flying Spacecraft near Alton Barnes, Wiltshire.
----- In messages received by Dawn, and written down by me, in April, we were told there would be a rendezvous with a spacecraft on the night of the full moon in early May. The way things were feeling to me, this seemed extremely likely. On the day of the full moon, we were in London with some of Dawn's friends; they were very strange people. As we got up onto the M4, in the heart of London, I saw a vivid light to the west, very low, near Heathrow airport. It took us 10 minutes to drive there, and the light stayed constant. When we were at Heathrow, parallel with a runway, the light was alongside us, keeping pace. This was pretty weird. A few years later I read of strange incidents around Heathrow.
We carried on driving westwards along the M4. There seemed to be lights in the sky to the north and to the south which were keeping pace with us. This was getting interesting.
Eventually we turned south, off the motorway. We had the idea to drive to Stonehenge. On the way there we stopped and parked at Woodhenge; looking westwards, we could see a low-level, flickering light that appeared to be zipping all over the place as it processed along its general direction. Ufologists have a name for this type of sighting, but I don't remember it.
We had driven on, I think, to Stonehenge, and were now driving back north. We had passed the turn-off to Woodhenge, and were approaching a triangular road junction at Upavon, just south of Pewsey. My eyes were beginning to close, I was so tired; then, approx. 300 yards in front of us, a craft of around 35 feet diameter, was coming slowly from the west towards the east, and was only at tree-top height! Amazing. We yelled. I pulled in off the road to the right, and we got out of the car. The craft had apparently flipped onto its side, and we saw a vertical circle of white lights, like a small Ferris wheel; this was about 20 white lights in a regular vertical circle. (See later: 'a large circle of white lights' in Douglas Bay, Isle of Man, 1999). Then the lights turned off, or the craft disappeared. We went to the boot of the car to get the a hot drink from the flask, then suddenly the craft was coming straight towards us, and overflew us and the car by about 50 feet. Yippee, amazing stuff.
We had a hot drink of tea, then decided to drive towards Alton Barnes, and the great white horse carving that is in the hillside there. As we approached the area where The Barge public house is, I stopped the car, and walked towards the back of the car. I think we spotted the same thing at the same time; over to the west a craft was slowly approaching us, again at about tree-top height. In the car, Dawn was thinking, "He's going to be beamed up!!!", she told me later. Outside of the car, I was sending and thinking the thought, "Keep going, I am not a good enough person to meet you". The craft carried on over us, flying towards the east.
Dawn and I were on such a high, we decided to drive around the four innermost White Horse hill carvings which make a diamond shape around Avebury Stone Circle, as a celebration. (There are actually eight white horses that make a very revealing pattern around the Avebury area.) Dawn and I were on a high for a week.
We had more sightings, and some very unusual events over the next several weeks. Mind-boggling. perhaps my mind needed boggling, to free it from constricted, left-brain, 20th century thought patterns.
[Note: I have been told there are past reports of 'aircraft that look/behave similar to aircraft, but don't actually seem to be aircraft' in the area of our contact - Upavon, just south of Pewsey. These reports of 'strange aircraft', I was told, date back several decades.]

1993 - Summer
Camped at the Barge Inn, Alton Barnes. Three large craft flew slow overhead.
----- More message were coming through hinting that it would be a good idea if I soon parted from Dawn. In truth, she seemed to be changing character, and into a character I didn't really like. One day I left. As I drove away I suddenly realised the chorus of the song on the cassette player I was singing along to didn't say, 'I can't see my way so clearly', I suddenly realised the chorus was, 'I CAN see my way so clearly'! Around then, a merlin hawk swooped low across in front of my car, and I started to feel wonderful.
I had a large geodesic dome tent (21 feet diameter, by nearly 11 feet tall). I put this up at the back of The Barge Inn at Alton Barnes, in the Pewsey Vale; this is known as the Magic Valley to some people. This was a lovely time, and I felt relaxed. Things were happening. Late one evening, a large craft of approx 50 feet diameter dawdled its way, from the east, slowly over the campsite; I believe other people were seeing this. Then a second craft. Then a third. They moved very peacefully, and I made a drawing of the pattern of the lights on the craft. I think they were easily less than 300 yards from us.

1994 - June
Glastonbury.
----- I was asked to help with events in the Green Field, at the Glastonbury Music Festival. I loaned the big dome tent for a venue where small groups could play, powered by cyclists on static bikes, pedaling. I led a sharing on UFO experiences in the lecture marquee. The organiser of the talk programme told me mine had been the best event held in the marquee. As I walked across to give the talk, I noticed a silvery object floating high above the festival site, it seemed to be a craft. A friend, Nick Ashron, a wonderful slide-guitar player, said he saw his first-ever spacecraft, others saw it too. This happened during the time my geodesic dome tent was being erected the night before the festival began. Many people felt a wonderful peace inside the dome tent, and the tent seemed to be connected with Nick Ashron's sighting.

1995 - October
THREE CRAFT over Saint Andreas Church, in the north of Isle of Man.
----- 1995 was an incredibly depressing year for me. I didn't know what had happened. The bottom seemed to have fallen out of my life, I was now in a swamp, and I seemed to be going further and further down. Perhaps someone or something (actually, I think it was the NWO and/or malevoent Aliens) had put a spell or a curse on me (more realistically, an energy or thought beam, or tracking and harassing equipment), and everything was now going wrong. Feeling like this, one evening I had gone to the Spiritualist Church and then, afterwards, sat on a small wall outside as people were leaving. The two last women leaving the church asked me if I was OK. I said 'Not really', and before I knew it, I was telling them about the three disc craft I had spent 20 minutes with back in 1986. One of the women, Sue, was astonished, and she exclaimed. Then she excitedly said that the previous weekend an amazing thing had happened. Late on the Saturday night Sue had been standing out in her garden when she noticed, way above her home in the village of Andreas, three disc craft moving around the sky. She said the three disc-shaped craft were emitting rainbow-coloured lights. Sue was pretty well jumping up and down with excitement; so perhaps I had been guided intuitively to mention 'my' three craft after all.
Then Sue seemed to be looking off into the distance, I could see she was recalling something. She said she was seeing in her mind thousands of spacecraft, there was a disaster happening on Earth, and the spacecraft were patroling around trying to lift people off, but apparently many people could not be picked up. She said this had happened a long time ago in the past. After a moment, Sue said the same thing will happen now, if we have a disaster, spacecraft will try to take people off but not many will be taken.
As I walked home across the town, I felt wonderful. Suddenly my world made sense; it all fitted together. I was being given information and warnings to pass on to people. I was a part of something that was happening, and the reason it was difficult for me was because just about everyone had forgotten the things they should have remembered.

1995
The carved Norse stone to 'Ragnarok' at Saint Andreas Church.
----- I believe the three craft, with rainbow lights, were flying above the ancient church at Andreas for a reason. Inside the church is a carved, Norse stone which refers to the Norse, mythical battle of 'Ragnarok'. Ragnarok is the final battle in Earth's history between the forces of good and evil. It is meant to be a terrible battle. 'The Gods' may intervene, and assist.

1995 (-1996)
The start of The Battle of Ragnarok.
----- With hindsight, I think the start of the Battle of Ragnarok was around 1996. And was getting near its peak in 2004 when the films of Tolkein's trilogy was completed with, 'The Return of The King' (I took this to be a good sign). People were realising the issue was basically survival. And, in 2004, the film 'King Arthur'. Signs come in the most strange ways. 2005 could be the turning point.

1997 - October?
White Light flew over my taxi, then approx 12 craft at Mount Murray Hotel.

I want to introduce to everyone here involved with the Planet Art Network - Flickr!
Flickr: There are dozens of photo sharing websites out there, but one, Flickr, has caught the imagination of the global weblog community. So what makes Flickr unique? Flickr is a small photo gallery website which was bought by internet giant Yahoo! earlier this week. Big deal, you might think. There are plenty of sites for putting photos on the web - Yahoo! already has its own. Kodak runs Ofoto, Google has Picasa, there's PhotoBox, Shutterfly, PictureTrail and dozens of others.
But while most photo sites tout the ability to share your photos with family and friends they have little sense of community beyond that. Flickr, however, has rethought the sharing of photos and turned it into a far more fun and sociable activity.

I, personaly been trying Flickr for a while and I loved it --so I decided to creat a photo community for us of the Planet Art Network. I just created the PAN PHOTO LIBRARY and I would like to invite everyone here to join in.

The intention of this PAN Photo Library as the name itself suggest -- is to build a photo archieve for the Planet Art Network/13 Moon Calendar Peace Movement/Law of Time.

I'll be looking forward to see your pictures -- lets show to the world our history via our photographs!

How do we measure the time?

We use a medieval system of time.
This system has twelve irregular months.
An irregular standard of measure creates crooked foundations.

Its foundation can be found in the empire of Rome.
The empire of Rome conquered through war.
We still live in a time of war.

The war is made in the name of peace.
Peace is known in stillness.
Stillness respects all beings.

How do we respect time?

We observe the natural order.
Our nature is born of woman.
A woman keeps the cycle of moons.

The moon governs the element of water.
Water is the source of purification.
To purify is to begin again.

In the beginning were the thirteen moons.
Thirteen is a prime number.
To prime is to be prepared.

How do we prepare for change?

We start today to change our time.

How many times have we seen someone at the freeway entrance with a cardboard sign, “Out of work, Need to eat”? What can we offer these people besides a few coins, which to them is important enough? Why are so many in this situation in the first place? Because we lack vision and beauty in our lives. Can’t we give them food, beauty and vision? Food costs, but beauty and vision? Beauty is from the soul and vision is from the heart, so they can be given for free.

What about providing the homeless Inner City 13 Moon Natural Time and Organic Life Food Kitchens, places where they could eat real organic vegan food, learn about the New Time and get an uplift with a new vision of the future?

The unemployment rate in Oregon is between 7 and 8 % with no signs that it’s about to change for the better. Add to that thousands of wounded veterans returning to America - land of the brave and home of the free - their values upside down and all but destroyed. Can’t we give them something more fresh than vengeance, violence and war? Can’t we find a way of giving them the good news of the New Time? Wouldn’t it be great to be able to steer them to an Inner City 13 Moon Natural Time and Organic Life Food Kitchen?

How long is the present system going to last, anyway? Will it really withstand another four years of a heartless administration acting in disregard of humanity while turning away from the effects of a deteriorating environment? If we really understand the fundamental change the New Time offers the human mental and social organization, then wouldn’t we want to see all of the resources of the Earth placed in alignment with the Law of Time on behalf of an Operation Earth Rescue? For this is what is required - a whole system effort to rescue the planet from too many centuries of sheer mismanagement.

In putting forth the vision of Operation Earth Rescue, the Foundation for the Law of Time is pleased to announce collaboration with the World Constitution Parliament Association. This peace-seeking global government alternative has already established (1985) an “Emergency Earth Rescue Administration,” by means of which considerable conceptual development has already been accomplished. Now it is time to go to the next stage of implementation.

Let’s envision an Operation Earth Rescue - a resource and information gathering network that would identify people or groups with “worldly power and influence,” to inform and enlist them in the 13 Moon Peace Plan, complete with options for exiting from the disaster of the old order into the New Time. The first objective would be the creation of a global system of alternative energy. This would be done in the context of information gathering regarding the actualities of the global warming and its impact on shorelines and weather patterns by 2008. Then, how about the creation of Operation Earth Rescue Teams flying the Banner of Peace and offering assistance in areas of natural disaster or even war-ravaged communities? Or Operation Earth Rescue Reforestation Corps, not to mention Operation Earth Rescue Emergency Garden Communities?

In a time such as the Closing of the Cycle, the possibilities for positive transformation are without end. The Old can no longer sustain itself, and the New is bursting to be born. “He who is not busy being born is busy dying.” (Bob Dylan) The New Time of Thirteen Moons means we are giving birth to a new belief system. In this new belief system our slogan for these troubled times is simple:

On Overtone Moon 18, Kin 128 Yellow Spectral Star, Blue Crystal Storm Year, the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) fully classified the Foundation for the Law of Time as a public charity, 501(c) (3). This means the Foundation passed its four year trial period, 2000 to 2004 (Blue Galactic Storm to Blue Crystal Storm). This also means that as a fully recognized nonprofit public charity, the Foundation for the Law of Time has gone the next step in legitimizing the Law of Time, the Thirteen Moon Calendar and the Thirteen Moon Calendar Change Peace Plan.

The IRS granted public charity status because in its four-year trial period the Foundation proved itself to be an organization with a popular cause supported by the public. While there are a few donors - for whom we are profoundly thankful - who have been crucial in keeping the Foundation afloat, it is the many who have contributed what they could, no matter how little, that have made the difference. The Foundation would like to express its deepest gratitude to all its public supporters as well as its major donors who have kept the faith in our mission. Now that we have come this far, let us not lose the momentum. We still have a long way to go to achieve Universal Peace by 2012.

In the four years since our “grand opening” at the OMSI (Oregon Museum of Science and Industry) on Red Electric Serpent, Self-existing Moon 3, Blue Galactic Storm, our vision has remained steady and our light ever-expanding. After some trial and error experimentation in our first years, by the end of the Red Planetary Moon Year, the Foundation had relocated from Mt Hood to Southern Oregon. The move was occasioned by the perception that the Foundation needed to be more accessible to the public, should be in a forward thinking community that supports a vital vision of the arts, and which at the same time could provide a sanctuary for its Research and Development Center, the Foundation’s bulwark. Ashland, home of the Oregon Shakespeare festival, was the answer.

By the middle of its fourth year of operations, White Spectral Wizard 2003- 04, the Foundation had manifest its form: A public “Time is Art “ Gallery that also functions as the distribution center; an Executive Office and Research and Development Center; and a Staff/Kin House and Garden Center for its core staff and the hosting of visiting kin. By the end of the Spectral Wizard Year, it was clear that the Research and Development Center needed to be upgraded. Thanks to several of our donors this was quickly accomplished, and before the end of the Magnetic Moon, Crystal Storm Year, the R & DC had relocated to the Rainbow Circle Sanctuary in the hills outside of Ashland.

Beginning in the Electric Moon, for the first time, the Foundation was able to begin to provide very modest salaries for all five members of its staff. Our core staff is very hard working and we would like to see salaries doubled during the third quarter of the Blue Crystal Storm Year. We are now growing into a tightly knit family and support group. We know our mission and are serious about it. We know we are the ones who will get the job done. It is not an easy mission, but it is a rewarding one - to know the world can be changed positively if you just do your job right! And that’s what keeps us fueled at the Foundation for the Law of Time. We know we can do it by 2012!

Because Peace was Never More Urgent Your Support is More Crucial than Ever

While the Thirteen Moon calendar or Dreamspell may seem to be a very important part of your life, and the Planet Art Network is still spreading worldwide, you have to keep in mind that the nature of the political forces and ideology of America are such that it is a genuine uphill struggle for all peace groups, not only in the USA, but around the world.

Activist peace organizations like the War Resisters League, which have been around for more than 80 years, are operating with a deficit. The budgets of organizations such as the WRL or the Foundation are pitifully small in comparison with what is actually available, and in relation to the job that must be done - to create peace on Earth. But the priorities of society are confused. Not only are billions of dollars spent every day on war, but some people have the surplus funds to pay $50,000 for cloning a pet cat. Yet organizations like the Foundation for the Law of Time, which are actively spreading the vision of a spectacular new world by 2012, are just getting by on a Moon to Moon basis. Why?

The people lack vision, so it is difficult to discriminate when true vision shows up. When true vision does arise, it is difficult to “sell.” Widespread complacency, cynicism and apathy only increase the difficulty. However, we are not disheartened. We know the divine origin of our vision. Part of our job is letting you, who follow and study the Law of Time, know that your charity and selfless giving are a key part of the equation for Universal Peace on Earth by 2012. Any act of selfless generosity is an act of compassion, and as all the great teachers have taught, compassion is purifying for the soul and a path of liberation in and of itself.

The Thirteen Moon calendar and Law of Time need to affect the mass consciousness well before 2008. By that year democracy will be in question. People will be demanding fresh answers and perspectives in order to avoid further war, catastrophe, natural disaster, and terrorism. We have answers, and we need to cooperate with other organizations who also have answers. Let us make that happen. Let us unify for our common goal, Peace on Earth.

A grant writer is currently working on a Ford Foundation proposal which would cover the Foundation’s annual operating expenses. If we get this grant, then all of your contributions would go strictly toward the production of calendars and 13:20 educational literature and tools, as well as supporting the pioneering research project, Noosphere II. Don’t doubt it! Your support is needed more than ever to keep us going and to produce what we all want so we can keep on doing what the Divine Plan intends us to do - and that is to help create Heaven on Earth.

What your Contributions are Currently Supporting and Producing

Calendars. The Foundation is committed to providing at no cost the annual pocket calendar - an item that is chock full of information. To produce 5000 of these costs only $1976 So far this year we have already had four print runs. These are given in quantity as a priority item to any PAN group who requests them.

For the Yellow Cosmic Seed Year the Foundation plans to produce an “UR Synchronometer.” Created by Jonathan Gutstadt (Yellow Resonant Sun), this calendar demonstrates the universal vision we are promoting, for it unifies in one synchronometer: the Thirteen Moon calendar, the Dreamspell count, the Quiche Tzolkin and long count correlates, the Druid Tree calendar, the Gregorian calendar, the Indian and Ethiopian civil calendars and the Chinese, Jewish, Hindu and Muslim lunar calendars. This will be more costly to produce, but it will demonstrate our belief in universal tolerance and forgiveness, no boundaries, all one time synchronized on one Earth for one people - the human family.

Educational Literature and Related Media. The Foundation for the Law of Time published two new booklets last year, Survival Guide for the Road to 2012 and Galactic Mediation, as well as a reprint of the 260 Postulates of the Dynamics of Time. We have access to getting a large quantity of the now out of print Time is the Fourth Dimension, but that requires funds. Our bookstore is making available all of the current books of Jose Arguelles-Valum Votan, as well as calendars and all currently available Law of Time literature.

The Foundation has also started to make available through its on-line bookstore DVDs, including the flute and instrumental music of Valum Votan, Galactic Meditation and Arcturian Folk Songs, as well as some of his more recent talks and presentations including the inspirational “Signs of Destiny” lecture and workshop, the “Rainbow Miracle” and “Universal Forgiveness Day out of Time 2004,” and the “52nd Anniversary of the Opening of the Tomb at Palenque” last Crystal Moon. We have been able to produce all of the foregoing material with your generous support.

All of the proceeds of the bookstore go directly to supporting the Foundation for the Law of Time.

Noosphere II and The Cosmic History Chronicles. The Foundation’s Research and Development Center, the Rainbow Circle Sanctuary, is now fully engaged in the Noosphere II Research Project, an investigation of higher states of consciousness and related spiritual techniques to anticipate and even trigger the noosphere. This includes continuing research in psychoatmospheric studies (rainbow bridge effect), for which the R & DC is enlisting the cooperation of other organizations such as the Foundation for Conscious Evolution, the Global Dialogue Institute, and The Institute for the Scientific Research and Investigation of Cosmic Anthropoecology (Novosibirsk). By the nature of the experiment - the cultivation of a contemplative yogic lifestyle, paranormal experimentation, and meditative states of consciousness - the two principle researchers are required to remain largely in seclusion for a duration of two years.

A major part of the research includes the seven volume Cosmic History Chronicles. Volume One is ready for production and the Foundation hopes to see it published during the Crystal Moon of the Blue Crystal Storm Year. This will require immediate funding. With one volume due to be published every year for seven years, the concentration of effort that just this project alone requires is virtually superhuman. Its results are nothing less than the anticipation of the next evolutionary type, homo noosphericus - the consciously self- evolved human living completely by the Law of Time. Your invaluable support makes possible: the continuation of this Project; the completion of research on the companion volume, Closer of the Cycle, Biography of Valum Votan; the expansion of the Library of the Law of Time; as well as facilitating the principle researchers in conducting themselves as a “living laboratory of consciousness” within the parameters of Noosphere II.

The Time is Art Gallery, To provide a public access to the Foundation and its efforts, as well as provide the hub of its communication and information distribution center, the Foundation operates the Time is Art Gallery. Located in the heart of the artistic Railroad District, the Time is Art gallery is a member of the Ashland Gallery Association. Besides a permanent display of Jose Arguelles-Valum Votan’s Doors of Perception, the Foundation provides space for rotating art exhibits by kindred spirits, as well as a large educational display of calendars and information about the Law of Time. Every first Friday of the Gregorian month, the Gallery participates in the community art walk which hosts many visitors and is an excellent opportunity to expose the public to the New Time. After almost a year, the space we occupy is getting crowded. We have the opportunity to expand into the entire second floor of this centrally located site. Your generous support could help us realize the gallery expansion - at an extra $ 900 per Month.

Web Site- www.lawoftime.org. During the beginning of this Blue Crystal Storm Year, the Foundation hired a professional web site designer and web master - Sage Waitts - who revamped the web site, giving it a fresh and more organized look, making it all the easier to navigate. Besides featuring biweekly additions, information about the Foundation, Noosphere II Research Papers, and Rinri Project Newsletters, the web site offers the Foundation Bookstore and a place for on-line donations. We take pride in our web site and the clear, clean no-nonsense image it presents about who we are and what we are doing.

Banner of Peace and Thirteen Moon Calendar Change Peace Plan. The Foundation produces the Banner of Peace and promotes the Roerich Peace Pact (1935) as an international instrument for world peace. The Foundation fully espouses the principle of “peace through culture” and would like to see more effort put into promoting this ideal. This includes making the Banner available at lower cost and seeing many more Banners of Peace in public places. We would like to produce Banner of Peace decals for followers of the Thirteen Moon calendar to place in their windows. To further its peace goals the Foundation is involved in a cooperative project with the Russian based Noosphere Spiritual Ecological Assembly of the World which is seeking to establish an actual World Noospheric Congress.

The Foundation promotes the Planetary Peace through Culture -Day Out of Time festivals held around the world every July 25. Implementation of the Calendar Change Peace Plan between 2008 and 2012 is crucial to the goals of the Foundation. Through Operation Earth Rescue this plan envisions ambitious programs for bioregionalism, deindustrialization, the reforestation and reseeding of the world, alternative energy programs, cultural exchanges and establishment of a bioregional garden economy, as well as the creation of new garden communities. It is up to all of us to make this vision a common reality.

To help raise funds for the Foundation’s many projects in the Solar Moon, the Foundation will sponsor a unique and very special Easter weekend seminar by Jose Arguelles-Valum Votan, 2012 the Spiritual Journey- The Coming of Cosmic Civilization and the New Mind. All proceeds of this event will go to the Foundation for the printing of much needed tools and support of its pioneering projects.

PLANET ART NETWORK AND PROJECTS IN FAR OFF PLACES

Ever since its inception in 1983, the Planet Art Network (PAN) has promoted the Banner of Peace and the principle of peace through culture. But it was in 1993-94, with the Telektonon prophecy and the birth of the World Thirteen Moon Calendar Change Peace Movement that the Planet Art Network truly found its purpose. Time is Art, the slogan of the Law of Time, became the rallying cry of the Planet Art Network. The Thirteen Moon Calendar Change Peace Plan gave the PAN a focused purpose, while the Dreamspell codes of the synchronic order of the Law of Time endowed it with a potent activating philosophy. The crux of the Peace Plan is that the implementation of New Time calendar is the opportunity to call for a universal ceasefire, so we can all begin anew in harmony.

Since the incorporation of the Foundation in 2000, the PAN has operated autonomously. With the assist of the Internet and its own web site www.tortuga.com, PAN has easily spread around the world. Promoting the Banner of Peace and using the same logo as the Foundation - “One Time, One Earth , One People” - the PAN expresses its solidarity with the Law of Time and its sponsorship by the Foundation. This past year PAN spread to Cuba and China, fostered several European PAN vision councils, produced a newsletter from the UK, Avalon Rising, and created its own Universal Calendar. The New Time Party - an alternative to politics was also launched last year from Russia. As a voice of the worldwide PAN, the New Time party could be an activating force for the Inner City Natural Time Organic Life Food Kitchens as well as the Operation Earth Rescue.

Many bioregional PANs such as Italy, Russia, Spain, Japan, Australia or Brazil publish their own calendars and literature. In the USA the Foundation supplies the PAN with calendars and makes available some of its literature. Your support helps the Foundation continue to coordinate and distribute vital information to the PAN worldwide. Many of the bioregional PANs also tithe funds back to the Foundation, an act which is graciously appreciated and which sets the example of “honoring the source.”

Epuyen. The Foundation gives support to the full, off-the-grid pilot garden community in Epuyen, Patagonia, Argentina. It is the policy of the Foundation to support in principle and however it can the creation of garden communities. A number of such communities are now springing up including: Sand Point, Idaho; Medellin, Colombia; Asturias, Spain and Caracas, Venezuela - among others. The Foundation greatly encourages the establishment of these communities especially in light of the imminent effects of the global warming. The Foundation would like to increase its financial support of Epuyen so that it can become even more of a showcase for grassroots, off the grid possibilities of a community living purely by the 13:20 standards of the Law of Time.

Kenya. Last year the Foundation began to give financial support to PAN Kenya as its first outreach in tropical Africa. This development merged into a large grassroots project called “The Road Map to a New Covenant,” which represents an exodus from the urban zones back to the natural settings. The return to natural time is an integral part of this vision. By the last Day Out of Time the beginning settlers had begun to establish a new community, Kahima city, “the city of peace”. In addition to financial aid, the Foundation supplies this project with books, calendars and educational literature. Your continued support will help enrich this vital post-historic project in Kenya, East Africa.

Education: Time in the Prisons. By its novelty and originality the Law of Time requires massive education programs for people to begin to truly grasp what it has to offer for changing their lives and minds in a positive spiritual direction. While the Foundation has put forth several Thirteen Moon Education programs, its most focused project to date has been its “Time in the Prisons” program. We have been supplying inmates in about a half a dozen “correctional” institutes with calendars, educational programs and other literature so that they can begin New Time programs within their confines. We would truly like to see this program expanded. We believe in Roerich’s words, “When there is art in the prisons there will be no more prisons.” To that we paraphrase, ”When there is New Time in the prisons there will be no more prisoners doing time “

When you stop and consider the value of the New Time and the positive restorative vision it offers humanity for a spiritual and artistically oriented future, it is clear we could all be doing so much more! Let us unify, let us sacrifice, let us give so that the doors of the future may open wide on the fulfillment of the timeless, common vision:

20 Tablets of the Law of Time. In early 1997, one of the most important texts and practices of the Telektonon prophecy came to light, the 20 Tablets of the Law of Time including the Sixteen Year Cube of the Law. For a most successful journey down the Road to 2012, it is crucial that The Mystery of the Stone be produced as soon as possible. The complete Mystery of the Stone kit includes: Nine Tablets; a large fold out Map of Middle Time, including maps of the Solar Thought Form and the Island of Inner Time; and the Guide to Middle Time, including the Map of One Solar Ring; plus a booklet. On the eve of December’s full moon, a grand cosmic event occurred. To understand the implications of this event, we must first share with you its context. At the beginning of this cycle of existence—what we have come to call the “manvantaric dawn”—a dark force unleashed itself into the most sanctified chamber of the Council of Primordial Movement, and was instantly contained. For the aeons of time that constitute this manvantaric cycle, we have explored and experienced the residual influence of this so-called dark force, a force that has expressed itself through all modes of skewed energy, through distortion and fear. Finally, on the day after Christmas, the force dissolved, the effects of its dissolution rippling throughout all time and space, through all dimensions, across the interlocking spheres of existence.

On earth, we experienced an earthquake of epic proportions. This earthquake—while framed in the language of trauma and drama by the media—has in fact served an exquisite purpose. A frozen dissonance, long held within the earth, was dismantled and released through the energetics of the quake, a release that ultimately facilitated a (higher vibrational) realignment for the planet’s axis.

There is a sweetness, a soft movement stirring within the earth now. Whereas many might continue focus on the doom and gloom of these times, know that a nexus of extraordinary shifts undulates through creation. This nexus is a waveband of frequencies, a radial constellation of portals through which you are asked to enter and expand. You are invited to access the grandest frequency of the waveband aligned to your essence, all the while clearing those deeply held illusions that would block your flow into the next phase of your existence. Whatever keeps you from fully claiming the highest potential of your divinity, it will play across the arc of your awareness now, so you can, once and for all, acknowledge and dissolve it. In order to support the greatest possible expansion, you have been anchored in the stillpoint of your being.

The stillpoint is that deep-within-place that resonates only with your essence; it supports and is the divine creativity of all that you are. It is impossible, while centered in the stillpoint, to avoid or escape the illusions you are now called to dismantle and release. This can be, at times, a challenging experience, as the intense pain held in our ancient memories is beyond anything we have encountered until now. It is, at last, the primordial root-wound from which all of our illusions have stemmed. The process of releasing from the stillpoint has the potential, however, to be both graceful, fluid and ecstatic. Call upon the support of your Timeless Self. Beyond your multidimensional higherself presence, this grandest Self will encompass you in sweetness and love, that even in the depths of despair you will know your highest potential and claim it. You may also invoke the waters of life—what we have come to call the pralayic waters—to flow through your being. (The pralaya is the divine counterpart of the manvantara (alluded to above); it is the primordial dream-sea from which all creation flows and to which creation returns. The waters, when called upon to cleanse and soothe, assist your being to restore the gentle flow of its natural and balanced state. For more on this, see below.)

The most important message we could bring to you in these times is to continually align with the highest potential of your divinity, and to let go of the need to struggle in that process. We remind you that it is not only possible, but PURPOSEFUL, to align with your grandest potential while still addressing and experiencing fears you may hold. The stillpoint in which you are currently anchored supports this paradoxical state beautifully. We speak of purpose because of the true and far-reaching impact you each have on the grand picture that now unfolds. In connecting with that highest point of potential witihin your beingness, you support and invite the realization of the grandest spiral into bliss.

Here is an exercise that will assist you during these shifts :

1. Set your auric field: Call in the yellow buttercup light to wash through your field, then the aqua frequency to follow.
2. Ground into the Timeless Aspect of Gaia (not the physical earth) and into the Matrix. (If you have moved beyond the Matrix at this time, ground into your future divine presence).
3. Run your divine essence through your entire being from beyond Source.
4. Call in your Timeless Self and ask to be aligned with the stillpoint of your being.
5. Run the Pralayic Waters through your entire being and connect to the highest purpose of your divine plan.
6.Ask your Timeless Self to align you with the highest potential of your being in this moment.
7.Breathe into and honor the beauty of your being now. Know that wherever you are in your process, it is PERFECT.

A Note on Gaia and the Current Sentience of the Earth:
It is important to note Gaia’s role in the orchestration of this quake, as well as the experience of the sentience who now guides the evolution of this planet. Gaia, no longer intertwined with earth, held the space for the event, aligning herself with its highest frequency potential. The sentience now infused within the earth experienced the event in a more traumatic way: “he” is currently moving through a healing process of his own, and is preparing to claim his sovereign power and the grand role he has promised to play in these auspicious times. He is a beautiful and wise presence, yet one who has yet to fully claim his beauty. (In moments of self-doubt and confusion, he has sometimes invited other energies—skewed and power-seeking—to overlay his being, a pattern that reflects one of humanity’s old tendencies of relinquishing its power to external authority figures.)

I was asked to send this on if I agree or delete if I don't. What do you think about this? It is said that 86% of Americans believe in God. Therefore I have a very hard time understanding why there is such a mess about having "In God! We Trust" on our money and having God in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Why don't we just tell the 14% to Sit Down and SHUT-UP !!!

This is a very misleading & false statement. The fact is that the words "under God" weren't part of the original pledge: They were added in 1954. Supporters of the new wording said it would set the United States apart from godless communism.

The original Pledge was published in 1892. It was written by Francis Bellamy, a socialist, thirty-seven year old, ex-Baptist Minister. The orignal pledge read as:
I pledge allegiance to my Flag and to the Republic for which it stands: one Nation indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for all. After a few small changes ("my Flag" to "the Flag of the United States of America") the Pledge stood for a half a century. Then, in1954 the Cold War started moving into its most intense period. The United States' deep hostility toward communism caused the "Red Scare" to pervade our society. Seizing the opportunity, Senator Joseph McCarthy spearheaded what is now recognized as one of the most shameful epochs of our history. McCarthy looked to demonize any and all whom he disliked by branding them communists. Then, as often happens when pounding the drums of patriotism, religious piety gets mixed in with being a true patriot.

"In god we trust" on U.S. $ -

In 1955, Congress passed a law requiring that "In God We Trust" appear on all U.S. coins and currency. The first paper currency with the motto appeared in 1957. This was right after the McCarthy era, during the early Cold War, when no congressperson would dare be seen voting against "God." "In God We Trust" did appear occasionally on a few coins, starting with a 2-cent piece in the 1860s, in an attempt (it is surmised) to put "God" on the side of the north during the Civil War. In 1956, an Act of Congress adopted "In God We Trust" as a national motto. The original motto, "E Pluribus Unum" ("out of many, [come] one,") celebrating plurality, still appears on the Presidential Seal and on some paper currency.

All to often, people misunderstand "separation of church and state" & the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, what it is, what it means & why it was created in the first place.

First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or of the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances"

The U.S. Constitution is a wholly secular & legal document. It contains no mention of Christianity or Jesus Christ. In fact, the Constitution refers to religion only twice –in the First Amendment, which bars laws "respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof," and in Article VI, which prohibits "religious tests" for public office. Both of these provisions are evidence that the country was not founded as officially Christian (who's version?). Our nation was founded as a secular government, based on the authority of "We, the People," not a god, king, or dictator. The U.S.A. is the first nation in history to separate church and state. And for very good reasons too.

Separation of church and state is the only principle that can ensure religious and philosophical freedom for all Americans. Church-state separation does not mean hostility toward religion. Rather, it means that the government will remain neutral on religious questions, leaving decisions about God, faith and house of worship attendance in the hands of its citizens.

The results of America ’s policy of church-state separation can be seen all around us: Thanks to separation of church and state, Americans enjoy an unparalleled amount of religious freedom. In some nations, churches remain dependent upon government for support and aid. Religious life in these nations is often devitalized, and many churches are near empty on Sundays. Other countries merge religion and government into theocracies. Religious liberty cannot flourish under that system either; attempt by the government to enforce a version of religious orthodoxy foster only repression. By contrast, religious liberty has flourished in America and separation of church and state can take the credit.

Today we are an open and free society of nearly 300 million Christians, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, Muslims, Atheists, Agnostics, Freethinkers and others. All live side by side in harmony. All have the freedom to proclaim their views. All enjoy the right to worship or not worship unmolested by government officials or state-appointed religious leaders. All are equal in the eyes of the government.

To oppose the separation of church & state is therefore to oppose the First Amendment & is thusly, the most unamerican, unpatriotic, hypocritical thing one could do as an American that supposedly values Freedom & Democracy.

It is vital for all people to understand very, very clearly that by opposing the separation of church and state they really are infringing upon their own religious liberties & are shooting themselves in their own foot.

Darkness...

I believe darkness and evil are an illusion. :-)

Darkness is not measurable without light. You cannot solely measure just pure darkness (without light)? Darkness is all the light waves absorbed at once right?

If "black" absorbs all the visible wavelengths, then there is no real color such as black, since "black" or "darkness" is ALL the spectral wavelengths absorbed into one. Black is presently a sensation of all the colors (wavelengths) together right? Could it be then, it is in fact how our human retina perceives this phenomenon we call darkness or black. May well be different thru the 'eye' of a lizard non? I see everything as light waves, even darkness. How can darkness be existing in reality as ‘void of light’ when it, darkness (or the color black) is the sum of all spectral wave lengths absorbed into itself making it ALL of the light absorbed creating a sensation of black?

Present theories of perception suggest that blackness is caused by the lateral inhibitory influences of retinal neurons, in short, an optical illusion. Neuroscientist's present theory of blackness is called "lateral inhibitory interaction" and it is not really consistent with the physics idea of the absence of light.

The darkness and blackness are proposed to be a cosmic particle background of low energy photons. The frequency of darkness radiation is proposed to be at one hertz and below, thus darkness quanta lie on a distinct band on the electromagnetic spectrum. Darkness and blackness are unified by having the same external (objective) cause, this being the cosmic long-wavelength photon background. It is argued that if darkness and blackness are considered an objective stimulus to the visual system, it explains why photoreceptor cells turn off when visible photons are absorbed. These long-wavelength electromagnetic photons are proposed to interact with the visual system by aiding in the production and raising levels of cGMP in photoreceptor membranes. It is proposed that the retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) may be the site of absorption of cosmic long-wavelength quanta. Both physical and biological evidence is given to support the model in which long-wavelength quanta provide a stimulus to retinal cells. It is argued that existing color theories can be made more consistent by considering cosmic long-wavelength photons as the objective source for darkness and blackness. The preponderance of brain activity in the dark, which is not explained in present theories, is consistent with the new darkness and blackness model. It is proposed that the retinal system of receptors are in harmonic resonance with vibrating electromagnetic fields at one hertz and below, yielding the perceptual experience of blackness.

"Yielding the perceptual experience of blackness." Just an experience, not a concrete reality. Darkness, being a cosmic long wave photon backround, would be more apropriate to say it is, in reality, "light".

Indeed, most scientists believe that the absence of light is a valid hypothesis. However, these same scientists commonly speak about blackness as if it were identical to an actual color experience, like there really is something of substance present.

Darkness can still be considered the absence of visible light, but not the absence of all electromagnetic radiation. If the darkness and blackness are fundamentally electromagnetic particles, the darkness and blackness has physical substance in the same way as photons as all other wavelengths do. In this new model, called the long-wavelength photon model, the darkness is a cosmic background of ordinary electromagnetic photons at very long wavelengths.

From the organization of receptive fields, dark currents in rod photoreceptors, theories of color vision and even in everyday language, all the evidence points to blackness being a pronounced perceptual and physiological phenomena. The key questions arising from this research are: Is there a physical stimulus behind the perceptions of darkness and blackness? Is the darkness and blackness created externally or are they internal subjective optical illusions? What is the relationship between electromagnetic photons and the visual system? What molecular mechanisms are responsible for the absorption of weak long-wavelength photons and where in the visual system are such quanta absorbed? Does the way in which photoreceptors function demonstrate new physical laws concerning the nature of light and darkness?

I think that it does. We are going to understand more and more how these bands of light make up everything we are.

Color originates in light. Sunlight, as we perceive it, is colorless. In reality, a rainbow is testimony to the fact that all the colors of the spectrum are present in white light.

Lets look at the color red. All the" invisible" colors of sunlight shine on the apple. The surface of a red apple absorbs all the colored light rays, EXCEPT for those corresponding to red, and reflects this color to the human eye. The eye receives the reflected red light and sends a message to the brain.

"Color is the visual effect that is caused by the spectral composition of the light emitted, transmitted, or reflected by objects."

It is safe to say that all of the Universe operates on some type of harmonic system. If it were not so, planets would be bumping into each other all over the universe.

In my understanding of darkness & evil, I can safely conclude that according to Law of physics and the Universe (God) darkness & evil are illusions. They are sensations created by our mind/brain. How we perceive darkness and evil are our own interpretations of our experience in reaction to light-wave frequencies compiled into what we call reality or our existence in this world. To a tree, all of the drama that is going on is just that: drama. There is no attached emotional interpretation of the particular drama. A tree reacts by and thru the forces of Nature - Universal Laws. When it gets cut, fed poisons etc... it does not react and say: THIS IS EVIL. It reacts by and thru the laws of physics governing the natural organic compounds of its existence. It may die from excess poisons, it may not but grow very stunted and slow... Its leaves whither due to the poisons, and its body goes into shock when it cut down... but in its whole experience EVIL is not present; its just simply a reaction to the invasive disharmonically source of a foreign chemical (light form). Its natural growth in time creates and stirs to re-align back into the HARMONIC process of its Nature. The bad falls away and the new is reborn. We see this Nature and harmony as good. Of course... It is LIFE! Heya ho...When we see a tree being cut down, we either see it as evil, sad, good, money, a house etc... WE place the value and label according to our own experience. But in the reality of the Universe, its either dis-harmonic or harmonic. The natural LAW of the Universe is based on harmony. Anything that is not in harmony eventually resolves to re-align back into its intricate web of harmonic band waves of light.

The Universe is Light. Light is wave form. Light is love. A wave form is sound... so it is a most intriguing thing to say that in the beginning was the Word. God is love is sound. God is not a MAN nor a WOMAN but an energetic state of consciousness of all that is harmonic, of ALL THAT IS in this Universe. The greater I AM. The Universe in action creating us, we, them, stars, planets, photon bands, nebulae etc... All is Light. All is sound. All is Numbered. We are an amazing creation spun thru the intricacy of of star fusion and fission, being sung by the very voice of Light.

I think it's a great idea, but for primarily financial reasons

For quite some time now I have been advocating that the way we are billed for our credit cards, insurance, utilities, rent, etc. should NOT be based on the 12-month cycle, but on a 13 x 4-week cycle. Because the overwhelming majority of people are not paid once a month, but once a week or bi-weekly. This of course leads to budgeting difficulties, falling behind, etc. However, if we were billed on a 13-fiscal-month cycle, our bills and paydays would always be equally spaced and budgeting would be a snap, and our financial lives would be a lot more predictable and the stress level of an entire population would be reduced significantly, which would have an enormous, noticable effect on the psyche of the nation and the world.

There, I don't sound so much like a nut anymore now that I've found this tribe. What you are advocating is a little more radical, but makes perfect sense, and would ensure that what I have been calling for would be implememnted as a result.

Senator Kennedy, with large support from pharmaceutical companies, has not let this very modest proposal even receive a hearing, saying that it needs more study. Roerich Peace symbol....

When I was posting about our peace symbol to change, I was not at all trying to negate the Roerich peace sybol in anyway. I love this symbol. Its awsome! I was just trying to send out the vibration to change the 'peace symbol' because we have always used it reverse. Actually when I was little and jusat doodling, I would always draw the peace synbol 'upright' and would be told that thats wrong... but now upon deeper insight, I see that the peace symbol has been used 'reverse' for far too long... there are many peace symbols in our owlrd and we should be aware to use our peace symbols in a way that vibrates positive, uplifting vibrations... If we really want to move into the higher realms of positive PEACEFUL waves of existence.

I had a vision that when we all realize that our 'peace symbol' has been used "upside down" for many years, and we CHANGE it, then our kharma may change. :-)

It was just a thought, or rather a profound vision!

To understand why I am saying this, you have to be familiar with the oracle of RUNES; with Algiz. You see, the peace symbol is a circle with an 'upside down Y' and a straighline thru it. The Y with a straight line thru it is the symbol rune stone of "PROTECTION" - ALGIZ.

BUT instead of writing peace symbols with the symbol (Y) upright we all write these peace signs with the RUNE of protection in a "reverse" manner. This is giving us the reversed energy of protection.

The reverse meaning is "slow growth or decline. You may be open to attack".... so whats up with that? Also the symbol was created from a feeling of "despair" as quoted by the inventor of the peace symbol.

Its time we start writing the peace symbols UPRIGHT, yes? :-)

Arnold Whittick comments in Symbols, Signs And Their Meaning, that "Communication depends on the symbolism of language, and thus man becomes aware of another's thoughts by means of symbols .... All social and economic activities are carried on by means of symbols; the various offshoots and adjuncts of language, like numbers and money, make this apparent. Religious worship and government, too, are dependent on them. A.N. Whitehead, in his valuable book (Symbolism: Its Meaning And Effect) shows that society is held together by acceptance of, and reverence for, its symbols."

The reverse of this is also true. A society can be attacked by the undermining or perversion or destruction of its symbols.

Symbols are very important in the psychic field of human being. It is with ‘symbols ’that the High Initiates of Ancient Egypt used to communicate with telepathically.

I believe if we delve deeper into the "peace symbol" we will be amazed at how its creation was born from "deep despair", which is not very good sufficient grounds for peace.

HISTORY OF OUR PEACE SYMBOL

It was designed in 1958, February 21, (White Rythmic Wizard) by a British Gerald Holtom, a professional designer, artist and a graduate of the Royal College of Arts. He showed his preliminary sketches to a small group of people in the Peace News office in North London and to the Direct Action Committee Against Nuclear War, one of several smaller organisations that came together to set up CND.

A SYMBOL OF DESPAIR?

Gerald Holtom, a conscientious objector who had worked on a farm in Norfolk during the Second World War, explained that the symbol incorporated the semaphore letters N(uclear) and D(isarmament). He later wrote to Hugh Brock, editor of Peace News, explaining the genesis of his idea in greater, more personal depth:

“I was in despair. Deep despair. I drew myself: the representative of an individual in despair, with hands palm outstretched outwards and downwards in the manner of Goya ’s peasant before the firing squad. I formalised the drawing into a line and put a circle round it. ”

Eric Austin added his own interpretation of the design: "the gesture of despair had long been associated with the death of Man and the circle with the unborn child."

(I wonder if this Gerald Holtman, creator of our peace symbol is any relation to Capt. Gerald P. Holtom, a Marine intelligence officer born and raised in Japan.)

In earlier times the peace character "actually began as a symbol of Satanic benediction during the rituals.'' This sign has been used by Yasser Arafat, Richard Nixon, Winston Churchill, and Stewart Meacham, Co-Chairman of Reds' New Mobilisation Committee." Churchill said that the sign stood for victory but remember that Churchill was one of the insider "elite" and a Mason.

"Known as the 'peace sign' throughout the 1960's and into the present day, this symbol is the Teutonic rune of death. 1950's peace advocate Gerald Holtom may have been commissioned by communist sympathiser Bertrand Russell to design a symbol to unite leftist peace marchers in 1958. It is clear that either Holtom or Russell deemed the Teutonic (Neronic) cross as the appropriate symbol for their cause.

"Throughout the last 2,000 years this symbol has designated hatred of Christians. Nero, who despised Christians, crucified the Apostle Peter on a cross head downward. This hideous event resembled the Teutonic cross and became the popular insignia of the day. Thereafter, this sign became known as the 'Neronic cross.'

"The symbol's origin in history proves it to be the visual mystic character for 'Aum' (the split 'Y'- UPRIGHT). This is the sacred word to the Hindu. Chanting 'Aum' is supposed to help awaken 'the serpent power of Brahma' at the base of the human spine. Occultist Albert Pike also identifies this symbol as mystical in his book on Freemasonry Morals and Dogma.

The peace symbol (also called the "broken cross," "crow's foot," "witch's foot," "Nero Cross," "sign of the 'broken Jew,'" and the "symbol of the 'anti-Christ''') is actually a cross with the arms broken - DOWNWARD. It also signifies the "gesture of despair," and the "death of man.''

"The Germanic tribes who used it attributed strange and mystical properties to the sign. Such a 'rune', in reverse is said to have been used by 'black magicians' in incantations and condemnations....To this very day the inverted broken cross--identical to the socialists' 'peace' symbol--is known in Germany as a 'todersrune,' or death rune. Not only was it ordered by Hitler's National Socialists that it must appear on German death notices, but it was part of the official inscription prescribed for the gravestones of Nazi officers of the dread SS. The symbol suited Nazi emphasis on pagan mysticism.''

With the arms of the cross raised in an upright position, it is "a Pythagorean emblem of the course of life, in the form of a rising path with fork roads to Good and Evil.'' It also signifies fertility, but with the arms pointing downward, it denotes evil and death.

"In fact, the inverted 'Man-rune'--the figure encircled in the common sign which the Communists tell us means 'peace'--has for centuries been a favourite sign of Satanists.''

Anton LaVey, the founder of the Church of Satan, used the peace symbol as the backdrop for his altar.

One former Satanic witch makes the following comment about the peace symbol:

"It is an ancient and powerful symbol of Antichrist. During the dark ages it was used by Satanists of all sorts during the initiation of a new member to their order. They would draw the magic circle and give the initiate a cross. The initiate would then lift the cross and "turn it upside down". He would then renounce Christianity in all three dimensions (sic) of time (past, present and future) and break the horizontal pieces downward forming the design of the 'Raven's Foot.' For one to wear or display this symbol is to announce either knowingly or unknowingly that you have rejected Christ. Remember, symbolism is a picture language, and a picture is worth a thousand words.''

It was designed from the naval code of semaphore, and the symbol upright represents the code letters for ND (Nuclear disarment). The peace symbol widely used is reverse: DN.

A little before the first Aldermaston march at Easter 1958, Holtom showed up at the offices of _Peace News_ in London with drawings for banners and the symbol: "On a purple square was superimposed a white circle with a purple cross inside it, or almost a cross. The arms had slipped and were drooping against the lower sides of the circle. Holtom had made the design by combining the semaphore letters N and D: N for nuclear and D, naturally, for disarmament."

Herb Greer an American journalist and playwright was actually there on and before the first Aldermaston March for which it was created. He visited Holtom, and saw the original sketches and discussed it with him. The reason for the symbol being upside down (D over N) is that semaphore is a military code. He said Upside down, it was anti-military." ?????

Holtom had been commissioned by the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament. The CND, headed by philosopher Bertrand Russell, was planning an Easter march to Canterbury Cathedral to protest the Atomic Weapons Research Establishment atAldermaston.

After doodling around with several versions of the Christian cross set in A circle, Holtom hit on the crow's-foot idea. This had a couple things going for it.

During the heyday of the peace movement, other interpretations of the Symbol were also offered. A national Republican newsletter noted that it looked a lot like an emblem used by the Nazis during World War II--an apparent coincidence.

Another interpretation, widely promoted by the John Birch Society and other right-wing groups, was that the symbol was really the "broken cross," sign of the Antichrist.

The most omnipresent symbol used currently by the international socialists is the one, is a sign of "peace." The Communists love "peace." You will remember that Lenin declared more than forty years ago in The Tasks Of The Youth League that: "As an ultimate objective, 'peace' simply means Communist world control." And the Communists are campaigning for precisely that sort of "peace." Their symbol is a part of the trappings of this scheme. Resembling a reversed chicken track enclosed in a circle, or a swept-wing bomber in vertical flight, the "peace" insignia - like the other symbols of the international socialists - reflects what Lenin called "that cursed 'Aesopian' language."

According to the radical World Without War Council: "The Peace Action Symbol was designed on February 21, 1958 for use in the first Aldermaston Easter Peace Walk in England.

A less guarded commentary on the origin and meaning of this symbol appeared in Win magazine, an official publication of the subversive War Resisters League. On Page twenty-seven of Win for October 1, 1969, we read that the "Nuclear Disarmament Symbol" was "adopted immediately by Hugh Brock and Pat Arrowsmith on behalf of the Direct Action Committee Against Nuclear War (London) who initiated and organized the first Aldermaston March at Easter of that year [1958] ." According to the authoritative Intelligence Digest, both Brock and Arrowsmith have for years been affiliated with Communist enterprises in Europe.

Elaborating on this theme, Win explains that in creating the initial design:

The first mark on paper was a white circle against a black square. This was followed by various versions of Christian crosses drawn within the white "spere" [sic] on a black background and these in turn gave way to the final ND form .... but reversed D over N.

Immediately following the "First March" (there had been previous small scale Aldermaston demonstrations} an ND badge version of the Symbol was devised and made by Eric Austen. Eric's researches into the origins of symbolism confirmed that the "gesture of despair" motif has been associated through ancient history with the "death of man," and the circle with the "unborn child" .... THE DEATH OF MAN??????????

Apparently the "N" and "D" were an afterthought. That explanation came later. The design is a product of careful research of ancient symbolism - especially various forms of the Christian cross. But, what these propagandists of the War Resisters League (2) do not say is that the design was adopted from one initiated by the infamous Bertrand Russell.
